GreatControversy.org Goes Korean! The Seventh-day Adventist internet phenomenon known as GreatControversy.org (GCO) cannot be contained. We are moving steadily into other langauges. Two years ago, the English language site was joined by a Spanish language version (http://www.GranConflicto.org. Today, we are pleased to announce that we have expanded into another language group with the Korean language GreatControversy website You will find this website at http://www.greatcontroversy.or.kr. The site is served to the internet from Korean soil and in the Korean language. Like the English and Spanish language GreatControversy.org sites, this too is an issues-oriented website promoting present truth to Korean language speaking Seventh-day Adventists. ![]() Among the initial documents published on the site, you will find as on the English and Spanish language GCOs, a Korean language translation of the General Conference’s 1973 and 1974 Annual Conference Appeals to the world church. In neither case were we able to locate Spanish or Korean language versions of these key documents, so GCO commissioned the translation into these languages. Also found on the Korean GreatControversy website (KGCO) are sermons and articles by Pr. Dennis Priebe, Pr. Ralph Larson, Pr. Larry Kirkpatrick, Pr. Richard O’Ffill, all translated to Korean. There is another article titled “Words to Those Who Are Ashamed of the Adventist Faith.” More is coming. Some of the unsound methods found in Western Adventism are by some well-meaning but ill-informed persons being brought over into the Korean work and weakening the distinctive, powerful Seventh-day Adventist message that our Korean language workers are called to give. Please join us in praying for the success of this new website among the growing family of websites operated by GreatControversy.org! Our KGCO webmaster whose labors have taken the project through to launch, is brother Justin Kim born and raised in Korea and presently living in New York. Assisting with proofreading is Sally Sartin, a Medical student presently living in Loma Linda, California. Other participants involved in the project live in “Han Guk,” the Republic of Korea (ROK), as well as in the US. The world population of Korean speaking peoples who could benefit from the site is in excess of 60 million. Each one needs the Jesus of present truth. God is on the move! Tell your Korean-speaking friends about this new website. Please pray for the success of this ministry outreach as well. Donations that you would like to give specifically to support our Korean work, may be sent to us at our regular address: GreatControversy.org Please indicate with your donation, “KGCO” or “Korean Language Site.” GCO © 2005 by GreatControversy.org.
