GCO Ministry Special Project: Display Booth

Highland, California, October 29, 2004 (updated on November 10, 19): The mission that God has given His people in the end-time, to take to every kindred and nation and tongue and people (Revelation 14:6-12) the truth about Jesus and His Third Angel’s message, is one that GreatControversy.org (GCO) takes very seriously. Heaven has granted us an opportunity to proclaim His truths on a global scale through the internet. You’ve seen our mission statement and goals. Perhaps you’ve seen some of the testimonies that have been given with reference to this ministry. God is on the move!

Accomplishing the goals of this ministry takes people, takes time, takes resources mental and financial. A key factor in acquiring this kind of participation and support is letting people know that we exist. We are working hard, and the Lord is building up this ministry. We plan to be in attendance at several coming events. On those occasions, we want to represent this ministry in an appropriate manner. GCO is developing its own display booth. The appearance will be as here:

The booth itself is planned to be a three-panel fold-away display. We want to project a positive image about this work and a substantial one too. We are, after all endeavoring to strengthen the testimony of present truth among God’s people throughout the world. We want to emphasize the global scope of our work. We seek to develop a display that will project this perspective. To that end we have selected a three panel arrangement that can be easily set up by one person, and transported in one container.

We have already registered with the General Youth Conference to exhibit in Sacramento on December 15-19, 2004. We want to make serious Seventh-day Adventist young people aware of this ministry and more aware of present truth. We realize that this may seem a large cost, but we are investing in ministry infrastructure here. This booth will be used again and again for many years to give people their first impressions of this ministry.

If you would like to have a part in that—in introducing people to the work of the GreatControversy.org ministry in this positive, attractive way—we invite you to consider making a financial contribution toward this need. At this crucial hour, relatively few Seventh-day Adventist ministries have embarked on filling the responsibilities we feel the Lord has laid upon this ministry. Here is a way to contribute to the accomplishment of our mission in a very practical, concrete way. Thank you for considering GreatControversy.og among your giving options.
